Job Title: Business Development Executive – Corporate Gifting (B2B Sales)

About PAXGIFTS PAXGIFTS (Shyam Distributors) is a Mumbai-based wholesale supplier of premium corporate gifting products, serving businesses across India and international markets. We help companies build stronger relationships through custom branded gifting — diaries, drinkware, bags, pen sets, and curated gift boxes.

About the Role We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to bring in new corporate clients and manage the full sales cycle — from first inquiry to closed order. You'll work leads coming in from our website, IndiaMART/TradeIndia, referrals, and outbound outreach, and represent PAXGIFTS in client meetings, quotations, and negotiations.

What You'll Do

Identify and approach potential corporate clients (HR/procurement/admin teams) for bulk gifting requirements

Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, and referrals

Understand client requirements (occasion, quantity, budget, branding needs) and prepare tailored quotations

Conduct client meetings/presentations — in person or virtual — to close deals

Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines

Coordinate with the production/ops team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

Maintain a sales pipeline and follow up consistently on open leads and quotations

Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business

Report weekly sales activity and pipeline status to the founder

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (preferred); candidates with strong communication and a sales mindset also considered

1-3 years of B2B sales/business development experience preferred (in sales in any field)

Fluent spoken Hindi and English

Confident communicator, comfortable with client meetings and negotiation

Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized with follow-ups

Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business

What We Offer

Fixed salary + attractive incentive/commission on closed orders

Direct mentorship from the founder, with real ownership of client relationships

Salary: ₹12000 – ₹25000 per month + incentives

Working Days: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
