Sreeka Home Foods is looking for a responsible and proactive Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage sales, maintain inventory, supervise staff, and handle billing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure smooth store functioning and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.

- Sales Management: Monitor daily sales, assist customers, and work towards achieving sales targets.

- Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing products, and ensure timely restocking.

- Staff Management: Supervise store employees, assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure staff productivity.

- Billing and Payments: Handle customer billing, process cash and digital payments, maintain billing records, and ensure accuracy in transactions.

- Customer Service: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

- Stock Verification: Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

- Reporting: Prepare daily sales, inventory, and cash reports and submit them to management.

- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, product arrangement, and proper storage of food products while following hygiene standards.

Required Skills:

Experience: Candidates with experience in retail store operations, supermarket management, food retail, or billing will be preferred.
