About the Role
Eggoz Nutrition is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, supervise store staff, maintain inventory, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise store staff and ensure proper task allocation and attendance.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store sales targets.
Maintain inventory records, stock availability, and timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of eggs and other products.
Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and quality standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for stock movement.
Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
