Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Girl / Shop Assistant to join our team at our uniform and sports retail shop. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, helping parents, students, and customers find the right school uniforms, sports attire, footwear, and accessories. You will also assist in maintaining shop organization and managing stock.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements (school name, class, specific sports gear), and guide them to the correct products. Product Knowledge: Learn about our different uniform sizes, school-specific patterns, shoe variants, bags, and sports equipment to assist customers accurately. Shop Upkeep & Arrangement: Keep the display racks, shelves, and counters neat, clean, and well-arranged daily. Ensure sizes are organized properly for quick access during rush hours. Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in unpacking new stock, counting inventory, checking for damages, and updating stock requirements when items run low. Billing & Billing Support: Help in packing items neatly after a sale and assist at the cash/billing counter if required.

Requirements & Qualifications Communication Skills:

Strong, polite, and clear communication skills in Hindi / Marathi (English) to confidently handle parents and school students.

Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, clothing stores, or footwear shops is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills: Basic math skills for quick calculation of quantities and assisting with billing. Active and physically fit to manage a fast-paced retail environment (especially during the peak school reopening season). Punctual, honest, and disciplined with shop timings.

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.

Location: GOOGLE LOCATION - ARROWFIT UNIFORM / ARROWFIT SPORTS
