We are looking for candidates with atleast 0-1 year of retail experience in jewelery field compulsorily and decent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales & diamond sales targets.
Assist customers with jewellery selection and provide excellent service.
Build customer relationships and drive repeat sales/referrals.
Handle customer leads, follow-ups and KMR enrolments.
Maintain inventory, billing accuracy and stock handling.
Ensure VM, grooming, hygiene and store SOP compliance.
Complete required training and maintain product knowledge.
Requirements
Strong sales & customer-service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Jewellery/diamond product knowledge.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle billing, inventory and store operations.
Professional grooming, discipline and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and complete training.
