Position: Store Manager

Qualification:
Graduate (Any Discipline)
Certification/Diploma in Material Management / Inventory Management preferred
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in store/warehouse management
Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial Projects preferred
Proven experience handling large-scale project inventory and site stores
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations at project site
Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy
Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials
Maintain records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, BIN cards, stock registers
Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and preservation
Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and site execution teams
Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate material requisitions
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems
Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong coordination and team management ability
Attention to detail and accountability
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical project materials
Experience in handling bulk materials, consumables, and tools management
Reporting To:
Project Manager / Procurement Head
Work Location:
Project Sites (Industrial locations like Dolvi / Nagothane / Pen or similar)
