Position: Store Manager

No. of Positions: 04

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any Discipline)

• Certification/Diploma in Material Management / Inventory Management preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in store/warehouse management

• Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial Projects preferred

• Proven experience handling large-scale project inventory and site stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations at project site

• Maintain proper inventory control and stock accuracy

• Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials

• Maintain records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, BIN cards, stock registers

• Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and preservation

• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and site execution teams

• Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate material requisitions

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits

• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

• Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems

• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Strong coordination and team management ability

• Attention to detail and accountability

Preferred Industry Exposure:

• Mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical project materials

• Experience in handling bulk materials, consumables, and tools management

Reporting To:

• Project Manager / Procurement Head

Work Location:

• Project Sites (Industrial locations like Dolvi / Nagothane / Pen or similar)
