Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and product display.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor expenses and contribute to achieving profitability goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
