We are looking for a Store manager for our Dryclean brand store to join our team M/s Vaaruni Ventures llp to assist customers about the services, provide process and orders information, coordinate with plant, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and orders. Good customer interaction is the core part.
Understanding business and processes in detail.
Provide accurate information on pricing, services, processes, and after-sales services.
Cross-sell services and inform customers about discounts, sales and reviews.
Ensure timely pickup and deliveries of the order.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and keep the customer updated all the time.
Stay updated on the pending orders and deliveries and get them done on daily basis.
