🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product availability

2. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals
Monitor footfall, conversion rates, and average billing value

3. Team Management
Hire, train, and supervise store staff
Prepare shift schedules and assign responsibilities

4. Customer Experience

5. Inventory & Supply Management

Manage store P&L, expenses, and cost control
Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance metrics

Build relationships with nearby communities and customers

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business / Retail / Management preferred)
3–8 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably grocery/FMCG) [naukri.com]
