Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Work actively on the shop floor alongside the team to ensure efficient store functioning.

• Learn and oversee billing operations, product shelving, and inventory display.

• Assist and guide customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Supervise store staff and ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to standards.

• Maintain discipline, coordination, and productivity among the store team.

• Monitor store performance and take proactive steps to increase monthly sales.

• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat customers.

• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline ( BBA )

• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations

• Inventory & Stock Management

• Documentation & Record Keeping

• MS Excel and computer knowledge

• Strong organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
