Job Title: Store Manager – Automobile Industry

Location: Hapur

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile)

Job Responsibilities

·        Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.

·        Ensure accurate inventory control and stock maintenance as per company norms.

·        Coordinate with purchase, production, and planning teams for timely material availability.

·        Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and stock records.

·        Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

·        Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and proper work allocation.

·        Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.

·        Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and company procedures.

·        Handle scrap management and disposal as per guidelines.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Experience

·        Good knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and material handling.

·        Basic knowledge of FIFO, 5S, and safety practices.

·        Good communication and team handling skills.

Preferred Skills

·        Knowledge of IATF 16949 and audit requirements.

·        Exposure to warehouse layout planning and optimization.
