We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our 10,000 sq. ft. Apparel Show room.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the apparel store room.
Handle receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch of garments/apparel.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
Plan and optimize storage space and material movement.
Monitor inward and outward materials and maintain proper documentation.
Lead and manage store/warehouse staff effectively.
Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the store.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Implement efficient inventory control and warehouse management practices.
Candidate Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience in Apparel/Garments store or warehouse operations.
Candidates from an apparels background are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of apparel inventory and warehouse processes.
Good team-handling and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a 10,000 sq. ft. showroom independently.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from Hosur and nearby locations are preferred.
