About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Mia by Tanishq store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for premium jewellery retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Monitor store KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall, and productivity.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.

• Manage inventory, stock movement, and stock audits while minimizing shrinkage.

• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and corporate teams for promotions and launches.

• Ensure compliance with security procedures, cash management, and operational policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

• 4–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Prior experience in Mia by Tanishq, jewellery, luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, or lifestyle retail is preferred.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric approach with strong selling and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable using retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.
