Job Title: Store Manager – Ethnic Wear Showroom

Location: – Haldwani (UTTARAKHAND)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to Showroom Closing Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail ethnic wear showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality customer service, manage the team effectively, and maintain overall showroom operations with discipline and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Customer Experience & Sales

• Always provide the best service to every customer visiting the showroom.

• Guide customers in selecting the right ethnic wear based on their preferences.

• Keep the team motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

2.Team Management

• Train and guide sales staff with full product knowledge to ensure effective selling.

• Regularly check the grooming and appearance of the sales team.

• Ensure staff treats every customer politely and professionally.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and manage leaves appropriately.

3.Showroom Operations

• Ensure stock is checked and restocked regularly.

• Maintain accurate stock records in registers or the system.

• Prepare daily sales conversion reports and submit to Directors.

• Ensure the ethnic wear display is attractive and regularly updated with seasonal themes.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards.

4.Visual Merchandising & Store Upkeep

Keep the •ethnic wear display elegant and theme-based••.

• Ensure proper signage, lighting, and layout across the showroom.

• Plan and execute seasonal or festival-based visual changes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12th / Graduation from a recognized college (any stream).

• 6 years of experience in retail or apparel sales (ethnic wear preferred).

• Strong communication skills and team-handling capabilities.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and POS/billing software.

• Passion for customer service, sales, and showroom presentation.

• Hardworking, disciplined, and goal-oriented attitude.
