Role Overview

Store Manager - Barara is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and represent the brand. The role includes sales leadership, team management, luxury service standards, and store-level PR & social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales targets and overall performance

• Manage daily store operations and customer experience

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team

• Ensure premium visual merchandising and brand standards

• Coordinate store-level PR, influencers, and social media content

• Handle inventory, POS, and sales/stock reporting

Sales Executive- Barara is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Gurgaon store. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, assisting customers with styling and product selection, achieving sales targets, and supporting store operations while upholding Barara’s luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized styling assistance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Promote new arrivals, offers, and collections

• Maintain excellent customer service and store hygiene

• Support visual merchandising and stock arrangement

• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions

• Assist in inventory management and stock counts

• Support store-level promotions and social media content when required

Requirements

• Graduate (Fashion/Retail background preferred)

• Proven experience in premium or luxury fashion retail

• Brand-oriented, confident, and presentable personality

• Comfortable with social media and content coordination

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives for Manager

• Competitive salary upto 15000 to 25000 + performance incentives For Sales Executive
