Overall Store Operations:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
Managing staff schedules, tasks, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock.
Customer Service:
Resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Training and coaching staff on delivering excellent customer service.
Daily Customer review report discussion with team.
Sales and Performance:
Setting sales targets and motivating the sales team to achieve them.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
Implementing strategies to drive sales and meet financial objectives.
Daily Sales Target & Other KPI discussion.
Staff Management:
Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Daily briefing at store
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Handling cash management and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
All Type of present Assets management of property.
Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
Overseeing product displays and store layout to enhance visual appeal.
Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
Successful implementation of offer communication/ seasonal product display at stores.
Reporting and Administration:
Generating reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Communicating with headquarters or regional management as needed.
Conducting Stock check at store level (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per requirement.
