Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

   • Manage daily showroom activities and ensure smooth operations.

   • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

   • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

2. Team Management

   • Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff.

   • Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance.

   • Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.

   • Support staff training and development.

3. Customer Service

   • Assist customers with product selection and rental enquiries.

   • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

   • Ensure a positive customer experience.

4. Sales Management

   • Monitor daily sales and showroom performance.

   • Guide the sales team to achieve business goals.

   • Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

5. Stock & Inventory Management

   • Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory records.

   • Ensure proper handling of lehengas, sherwanis, bridal wear, suits, and other outfits.

   • Coordinate stock movement, returns, and damaged-item reporting.

6. Billing & Documentation

   • Supervise billing and payment processes.

   • Maintain daily sales reports and store records.

   • Ensure accurate customer booking, rental, and return documentation.

7. Coordination & Reporting

   • Coordinate with the Head Office and management.

   • Report daily sales, staff issues, stock updates, and operational concerns.

   • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or showroom management.

• Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, bridal wear, or clothing rentals is an advantage.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and MS Excel.
