Job Description

We are hiring a Store Manager for a premium jewellery retail store. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a high-value retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle premium clients

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff for better performance

• Maintain inventory, stock movement, and visual merchandising

• Ensure proper billing, SOP compliance, and store discipline

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager in jewellery retail

• Strong knowledge of jewellery products and sales techniques

• Fluent in Hindi & English

• Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills

• Target-driven and sales-focused mindset
