Minimum 2–5 years of retail/store management experience, preferably in gifting, lifestyle, fashion, or retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations smoothly and efficiently

• Lead and supervise store staff

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries confidently

• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management

• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance

• Handle billing, cash management, and reporting

• Train staff and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Confident personality with strong communication skills

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• Good leadership and team-handling abilities

• Smart, presentable, and customer-focused

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred

• Ability to work flexible retail hours
