A Store Manager in Skincare is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a skincare or dermatology-focused retail store, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer experience, and proper handling of skincare products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, staff scheduling)

Drive sales of skincare products through customer consultation

Ensure correct product knowledge, usage guidance, and hygiene standards

Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising

Train and manage beauty advisors / store staff

Resolve customer queries related to skincare concerns and products

Maintain billing, cash handling, and basic reporting

Ensure brand guidelines and store SOPs are followed

Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our Rajkot outlet independently. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the store and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full store operations independently

• Assist and guide customers on products and services

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth service

• Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and product display

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports

• Coordinate with head office for stock, pricing, and promotions

Requirements

• Graduate preferred

• 2–3 years of retail store experience (beauty/FMCG/fashion preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of POS billing and stock management

• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
