Biolume Skin Science is a skincare and beauty-focused company committed to delivering quality products and creating an excellent customer experience. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our retail store operations in Greater Noida.

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory, team management, visual merchandising, and daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive store revenue.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.

• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular feedback.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare/cosmetic products.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

• Coordinate stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and regular stock audits.

• Minimize stock loss, damage, expiry, and discrepancies.

• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising as per company guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

• Track competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.

• Coordinate with the Head Office for sales, inventory, marketing, HR, and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in store management or retail operations.

• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, fashion, FMCG, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of retail sales and store operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and team-management abilities.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Comfortable using basic computer applications and POS/billing systems.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
