Minimum 1 Year Experience As A Senior Sales Executive/Team Leader In Retail Apparel Stores.
SALES ASSOCIATE
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering product questions, and offering personalized recommendations to help shoppers find what they need.
Sales & Transactions: Operating cash registers, processing payments via point-of-sale (POS) systems, and managing returns or exchanges.
Inventory Management: Stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Meeting Targets: Working actively to meet individual or store-wide sales quotas and goals.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on inventory, features, warranties, and current promotional deals.
