A Store Manager for a jewelry brand is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a jewelry retail store while driving sales, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the security and presentation of valuable merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage store sales targets and profitability
Lead, train, and motivate sales associates
Deliver exceptional customer service and client relationship management
Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and loss prevention
Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewelry collections
Handle customer complaints, returns, and special orders
Monitor store security procedures for high-value products
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Coordinate with regional managers and corporate teams

Team leadership and staff management

Knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, and precious metals

Typical Qualifications
