Job Title: Store Executive

Location: Binola Gurgaon

Department: Stores & Inventory Management

Reporting To: Store Manager / Factory Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, ensure proper stock maintenance, and streamline store operations using an ERP system. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering stores and knowledge of inventory management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Maintain accurate stock records and reports in the ERP system.

   • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests as needed.

   • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.

2. Material Handling & Storage:

   • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.

   • Oversee loading, unloading, and proper handling of goods.

   • Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for stock requirements.

3. ERP & Documentation:

   • Record all material transactions in the ERP system.

   • Generate inventory reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock movement logs.

   • Maintain all records as per company policies and compliance standards.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

   • Follow up on pending deliveries and material discrepancies.

   • Ensure timely return of defective or excess materials.

   • Work closely with the procurement team for order placements.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Inventory Management / Engineering / Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping / inventory management (preferably in an engineering company).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or any relevant system).

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Understanding of inventory control methods and stock reconciliation.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in engineering/construction/MEP industries.

• Knowledge of material handling equipment.

• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes.
