रिटेल सेल्स स्टोर मैनेजर

Role Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive store sales by achieving and exceeding assigned targets and key performance metrics (conversion, ABV, UPT, etc.).

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.

• Visual Merchandising (VM)

  • Ensure store displays are aligned with brand guidelines and updated as per VM directives.

• Customer Experience & Service

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure a premium in-store experience.

  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Team Management

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve performance targets.

  • Manage team schedules and rosters.

• Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management (GC), billing, and stock control.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between back-end and front-end operations.

  • Minimize shrinkage and ensure stock accuracy through regular checks and audits.

• Compliance & SOP Adherence

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

  • Maintain necessary documentation and compliance standards at all times.

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, and store performance.

• Analyze reports to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

· Good communication Skills and Presentable.

· Fluent in English & Local language .

· Polite with pleasing personality,

· Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership quality and team building skills.
