Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Mahaveer Dhaba
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all store inventory and stock records.
- Receive, check, and record incoming stock and supplies.
- Issue stock items to the kitchen as per daily requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
- Keep proper records of stock received, issued, and balance available.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
- Prevent stock shortages, wastage, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with vendors and management for stock replenishment.
- Perform regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of stock management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain inventory registers and reports.
- Honest, responsible, and organized.
- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or dhaba store management will be preferred.
