Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the storage facility, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper storage conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, equipment, and furniture.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, receipts, and issuances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to site as required.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate with builder team and Security team for Debris and Materials unloading space.
- Daily materials received GRN making and upload system.
