Store Keeper

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper with strong experience in inventory management and basic accounting, including hands-on knowledge of Tally. The role involves managing stock records, coordinating with accounts, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and stock registers.

• Coordinate with purchase, site, and accounts teams for material movement.

• Record inventory transactions and expenses in Tally.

• Assist in basic accounting entries related to purchases, issues, and stock valuation.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.

• Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review.
  
  Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations

  • Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

  • Basic understanding of accounts, invoices, and GST

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and record maintenance

  • Good coordination and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle site/store operations
    
    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in construction site / warehouse / store management

    • Familiarity with material codes and stock valuation methods
