Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and material handling activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage of materials, and coordinating with different departments for smooth inward and outward movement of goods.
The ideal candidate should have experience in store management, inventory handling, material verification, and documentation work. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, civil projects, RO plant operations, or warehouse management will be preferred. The candidate must be comfortable working in a rural location and should have good coordination and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records of all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
Monitor stock availability and ensure proper inventory levels at all times.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Update inward and outward material entries on a daily basis.
Material Receiving & Dispatch
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of materials in the store.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Maintain proper documentation for dispatch and material movement.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock registers, issue slips, and inventory reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for inventory reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, and store records.
Store Operations
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
Monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory and report to management.
Follow company policies related to material handling and stock control.
Support operational teams by ensuring timely availability of materials.
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory management standards.
Assist management during audits and inspections.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline preferred.
Additional certification in Store Management or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Required Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Executive, or Store Assistant.
Experience in manufacturing, civil construction, warehouse, RO plant, or industrial store operations preferred.
Hands-on experience in stock handling, inventory control, and material management.
Experience using Tally, ERP software, or MS Excel preferred.
Additional Requirements
Candidate should be comfortable working at Gadha Village, Chhatarpur District (Rural Location).
Local candidates from nearby areas will be preferred.
Candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and physically fit for store operations.
