Job Summary:The Pharmacy Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service within the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management • Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and healthcare products. • Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and batch numbers. • Ensure proper storage conditions as per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines. • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.2. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with local drug control laws and pharmacy regulations. • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, prescriptions, and controlled drugs. • Prepare for inspections by drug inspectors and regulatory authorities. • Ensure narcotics and scheduled drugs are stored and recorded properly.3. Store Operations • Oversee daily pharmacy operations. • Ensure accurate billing and cash handling. • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/monthly reports. • Implement store policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).4.
