Key Responsibilities
1. Shift Operations Management
Manage end-to-end store operations during the shift.
Ensure food preparation, service, and hygiene standards as per SOP.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to allocate tasks and responsibilities.
Maintain store cleanliness, workstation readiness, and equipment functioning.
2. Customer Service & Experience
Ensure prompt and friendly customer service at all times.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to ARM/RM when required.
Maintain high order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
3. Team Management (6–10 Staff Members)
Supervise Team Members and allocate duties (cashier, service, kitchen, delivery).
Ensure grooming, discipline, and attendance adherence.
Train new staff on SOPs, safety, service flow, and product knowledge.
Maintain team motivation and a positive working environment.
4. Inventory & Stock Handling
Monitor consumption and ensure minimal wastage during the shift.
Check and maintain sufficient stock of raw materials and packaging items.
Update shift-wise stock counts, variances, and report discrepancies.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
5. Cash & Billing Management
Oversee billing operations and ensure accuracy at POS.
Handle cash, card, UPI transactions, and maintain shift cash summary.
Support the manager in daily cash reconciliation and deposit processes.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
Implement fire safety protocols and conduct basic checks.
Maintain shift checklists, temperature logs, and compliance documents.
