The Store In charge is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records of food items, packing materials, consumables, and perishable products used in food preparation. The role ensures proper stock control, timely replenishment, accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with company policies to support smooth restaurant operations. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, food products, packing materials, and consumables against purchase orders and invoices
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Track expiry dates of perishable items and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expire-First-Out) practices.
Minimize wastage, pilferage, and inventory losses through proper stock control measures.
Maintain daily cash book and transaction records..
Maintain stock registers for food ingredients, beverages, and packaging materials.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of inventory management.
Understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Basic MS Excel, accounting and cash handling knowledge.
CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Location: As assigned by the company.
