Job Title: Store Incharge – Solar System
Department: Store / Inventory
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge for handling solar system materials, tools, equipment, and inventory management. The candidate will ensure proper stock maintenance, inward & outward material handling, and coordination with the purchase and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations for solar system materials and equipment.
• Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and inventory reports.
• Handle receiving, checking, and storing of solar panels, batteries, cables, inverters, and other materials.
• Issue materials as per site/project requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, challans, invoices, and material movement.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of store items.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and site teams.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.
• Maintain ERP/Excel records accurately.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Basic understanding of solar system components.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel / ERP software.
• Ability to manage records and documentation properly.
Qualification:
• Graduate / Diploma holder.
• Experience in store handling preferred.
• Experience in solar industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in construction industry
