Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive with experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects to manage site store operations, inventory control, material receipts, issues, and stock records. The candidate should ensure the timely availability of materials while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the project site.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

• Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.

• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material movement reports.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.

• Maintain GRNs, material issue slips, delivery challans, and other store documentation.

• Coordinate with Project, Purchase, and Accounts teams regarding material transactions.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

• 2–6 years of experience as a Store Executive in Commercial Interior Fit-Out or Construction projects.

• Knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store documentation.

• Experience with ERP/SAP or inventory management software is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites.

• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are highly preferred.
