Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the company’s inventory, materials, tools, and inward/outward stock activities at Navodaya Powertech. The candidate should ensure proper storage, stock accuracy, material handling, and coordination with purchase, service, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain proper records of all inward and outward materials
Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and material documentation
Ensure proper storage and labeling of electrical and industrial products
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the store
Track fast-moving and slow-moving inventory items
Avoid stock shortages and excess inventory
Maintain vendor-related material records
Ensure proper handling of cables, electrical components, tools, instruments, and spare parts
Support dispatch activities and material packing
Use Excel or ERP software for inventory tracking
Coordinate with technicians and engineers regarding material usage
