We are looking for a Store Incharge to join our team MNC to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory management.

• Handle material receiving, storage, issuance, and stock movement.

• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory levels, and documentation.

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and other departments for material requirements.

• Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping standards.

• Monitor stock levels, shortages, and damages and prepare inventory reports.

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the store department.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in store operations andwith good organizational and coordination skills.
