Job Description – Store Executive Company: SV Group (Supreme Fire Systems) Job Title: Store Executive Location: Wakad, Pune Department: Store & Logistics Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager Job Summary The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material dispatch to project sites, and ensuring smooth store and logistics activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, inventory control knowledge, and coordination with site engineers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently and systematically. • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. • Deliver and dispatch materials as per site engineer requirements. • Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely replenishment. • Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase department for stock availability. • Handle porter booking and supervise loading/unloading activities. • Maintain documentation for material receipt, issue, and stock balance. • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials. • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards within the store. • Analyze purchase and inventory data and prepare required reports. • Assist in budgeting and cost control related to store operations. • Resolve internal material-related inquiries promptly. • Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field. • Experience in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory handling preferred. • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control systems.
