A Picking and Packing Associate is responsible for selecting products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders and packing them safely for dispatch. The role includes verifying product quantities, ensuring proper packaging, labeling packages, and preparing orders for shipment. The employee must maintain accuracy, speed, and quality while following warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or system instructions.

Verify item codes, quantities, and product condition before packing.

Pack items properly to avoid damage during transportation.

Label packages correctly with shipping details.

Maintain order accuracy and productivity targets.

Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.

Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.

Follow safety guidelines and company rules.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
