Requirements:
* Minimum 25 years of age
* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
* No freshers
* Minimum 12th pass
* Clean, well-groomed and highly hygiene-conscious
* Clear and confident communication
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Technically savvy and comfortable with POS / digital systems
* Able to quickly learn and execute dessert preparation
* Fast, organised and physically agile
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
🍰 THE COTTAGE WAY
At Brownie Cottage, everyone is part of the guest experience.
The role involves:
* Preparing and serving desserts & beverages
* Handling customer transactions and POS
* Maintaining product quality and presentation
* Packing and handling pickups / deliveries
* Maintaining store hygiene and cleanliness
* Housekeeping and daily store upkeep
* Stock handling and basic inventory responsibilities
* Supporting the entire store team wherever required
* Ensuring every guest receives warm, efficient hospitality
