Store Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a *Store Executive* to manage the day-to-day inventory and store operations, The role requires someone who is *organized, responsible, alert, and good with numbers*, with a strong eye for stock movement and wastage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily *receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of inventory*.
* Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
* Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requirements on time.
* Check quantity, quality, and expiry of incoming materials.
* Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and vendors.
* Monitor wastage, damages, shortages, and stock discrepancies.
* Ensure proper storage, labelling, FIFO, and hygiene standards.
* Maintain invoices, GRNs, stock registers, and other store documentation.
* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly secured.
* Report stock discrepancies or operational issues to management.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in *restaurant, café, hospitality, or retail stores* preferred.
* Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
* Excellent Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
* Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
* Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Good coordination and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day store requirements.
