Job Title: Shift Incharge / Store Executive

Location: Hinjewadi, Wakad, Katraj, Aundh, Camp, Kharadi, Vishrantwadi & Kothrud (Pune)

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates to join our team as Shift Incharge / Store Executive. The role involves managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and coordinate store staff activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Resolve customer queries and operational issues effectively.

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store functioning.

Requirements:

• 12th or Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in Retail, Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Food & Beverage, or Store Operations.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
