Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our team at the Jio Store in Nagpur. In this role, you will be the front-facing representative of the store, assisting walk-in customers, processing documentation, managing day-to-day transactions, and maintaining operational records.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Handling: Welcome walk-in customers, address inquiries regarding Jio products and services, and ensure a smooth, positive store experience.
Documentation & Verification: Collect, verify, and process customer identity and onboarding documents accurately in line with standard guidelines.
Cash & Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash, UPI, cards), issue receipts, and manage daily register balances.
Record Keeping & Daily Reporting: Maintain daily sales, stock movement, customer logs, and transaction entries using store systems and spreadsheets.
General Store Support: Assist in keeping the store organized, monitoring product displays, and coordinating with store management for routine requirements.
