Store Executive

Job Title: Store Executive

Location: Metoda, Rajkot

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials in the store.

• Ensure accurate stock entry in ERP / Excel / manual registers.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the concerned department.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for material movement.

• Conduct physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain store documentation such as GRN, Issue Slip, Delivery Challan, etc.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the store area.

• Follow safety and company policies in material handling.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)

• Freshers can also apply

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn store and inventory management processes

Experience:

• Fresher to 2+ years experience in Store / Inventory (Preferred)
