Position: Stores Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials and goods

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams

• Conduct regular stock verification and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare inventory reports and update stock registers/software

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Support audits and internal inspections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Logistics/Stores preferred)

• 0–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation

• Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software is an advantage

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
