ØAssociate is the basic unit of job of the store

ØHe should be able to do all the types of job in the store and he is generalist

ØHe should come 30 minutes before the store opened / shift start and stay 30 minutes post the store closed / shift closed

ØNeed to continue the shift operations in case of next shift reliever does not turn

Basic Operations

ØCleaning – Store, Vessels, Tables, Display units, Storage units, Instruments, Floor, Walls, Glasses, Wash Basin, Display Stands, Lights, Fans etc.

ØShould maintain store – Spic n Span and in Hygine Conditions

ØWear –Uniform, Apron, Shoes, Caps, Gloves

ØNeed to be neatly Groomed and Presentable (Nails, Hair cut, Shaven, No jewellery) and Trained to greet Customers with a Smile

ØNeed to clear Tables and turn around store

ØMaintain proper Health, Integrity, Timings, Discipline and presentable
