
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods
Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based)
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Issue materials as per requirement and maintain proper documentation
Conduct regular stock verification and audits
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Follow company safety and inventory procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience as Store Assistant / Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software (preferred)
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to handle physical stock movement
Basic communication skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
