Store Assistant

Job Summary

Hakico Foods Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant for our Mambakkam location. The candidate will be responsible for inventory handling, stock maintenance, store operations, and maintaining records using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and organize incoming stock and materials

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in Tally

• Update inward and outward stock entries regularly

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages

• Prepare stock reports and support inventory audits

• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams

• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of store items

• Assist in loading/unloading activities when required

• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• B.Com degree is mandatory

• Experience in Tally is required

• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory handling

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience
