Café Executive / Customer Service Executive – Female

About the Role

Tropiqs Coconut Café is looking for a friendly, energetic and well-presented female candidate to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling orders, preparing and serving tender coconut-based beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers with a warm and positive attitude.

- Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payments.

- Prepare and serve tender coconut drinks, refreshments and café products as per standard recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counters and equipment.

- Handle customer queries and provide information about Tropiqs products.

- Ensure proper presentation and packaging of products.

- Maintain stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.

- Assist with opening and closing of the café.

- Handle cash, UPI and other payment methods responsibly.

- Support promotional activities and customer engagement.

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

- Build a positive relationship with regular customers.

- Perform other café-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Candidate: Female

Age: 18–35 years

Education: Minimum 10th / 12th standard; higher education preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply. Café, hospitality, retail or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of English/Kannada; Hindi or Tamil is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payments.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Good personal hygiene and grooming.

- Willingness to learn food preparation and café operations.

- Punctual, responsible and trustworthy.

Working Hours

Full-time / Shift-based

Working hours and weekly off will be discussed during the interview.
