Store Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning, and deliver excellent customer service at our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently

• Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Manage billing, cash handling, and operations

• Maintain stock levels and coordinate for replenishment

• Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness

• Monitor expiry dates and product quality

• Support store manager in achieving sales targets

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate and manage home delivery orders, including order preparation, packaging, and timely dispatch

• Ensure accurate billing and smooth handover of orders for delivery

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate

• 1–3 years experience in retail/store operations preferred (freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of billing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in retail environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
