Essential Selling Skills & Attributes
Al Awareness: Basic knowledge of Al tools and how they can be used to improve customer engagement or explain features will be an added advantage.
• Storytelling Ability: Must be a natural storyteller, able to co-relate product features to everyday customer interests and usage behaviour.
A Competitive Understanding: Should be able to confidently compare product features with competing brands
and help the customer understand the advantages.
• Communication: Must be confident and fluent in both English and the local language to effectively connect with diverse customer profiles.
